TEFAF Talks are interactive panel discussions to strengthen one's art knowledge. Pairing with leading content partners to share knowledge and expertise. Drew Watson, Head of Art Services at Bank of America Private Bank, will moderate a discussion on the nuances of the art collecting journey today. He will be joined by Rosemary Ringwald, Head of Art Planning at Bank of America Private Bank, Josh Tanzer, art collector and Managing Partner at Principia Growth, and Kristine Bell, Senior Partner and Head of Secondary Market at David Zwirner. The panel will draw on their unique perspectives and expertise to explore the drivers and challenges of developing a collecting strategy, establishing and growing a collection, and leveraging one’s collection in dynamic ways - both financially and philanthropically. Finally, the group will consider how art market and collecting trends have evolved over the last two years, as well as how to engage with and learn from the rising generation of new collectors.

Kristine Bell, David Zwirner
Kristine Bell is the head of Secondary Market and Senior Partner at David Zwirner. Kristine manages a selection of estates and artists, including Doug Wheeler, Dan Flavin, Fred Sandback and Al Taylor. In 2021, she launched a new Secondary Market department which will concentrate on consignments and business getting.
Josh Tanzer, Principia Growth, Collector
Josh Tanzer and his wife have been collecting Modern & Contemporary Art for the past 20 years, mainly focusing on abstract expressionism. As passionate stewards of art, they have been affiliated with several museums. Josh is the founder and Managing Partner of Principia Growth, a technology growth equity investment firm based in Los Angeles.

Drew Watson is Head of Art Services at Bank of America Private Bank. Based in New York City, Drew has over 15 years of experience in the art market, art finance and arts institutions, and he leads the bank’s outreach to the art world. As Head of Art Services, Drew oversees a national team of specialists who work with collectors, advisors, auction houses, museums, and foundations to deliver services including art-secured lending, trust and estate planning, consignment services and art philanthropic services.
