TEFAF Maastricht

March 15-20, 2025
Stand 497
First established in 1992 in the northern Italian city of Bergamo and originally named D'Arte & Divetro, the gallery is owned and directed by Caterina Tognon. In 1998 a second branch of the gallery opened in Venice, and in November 2004 Venice became its unique venue. Currently, the gallery is located in Palazzo Treves, two steps away from San Marco Square.
Caterina Tognon is one of the major European galleries dedicated to contemporary glass sculpture. The gallery collaborates with international artists and designers who work primarily with this medium and represents the most influential artists of the International Studio Glass movement.
Caterina Tognon is deeply interested in investigating the cross section between fine arts and applied arts. Since its foundation, the gallery's exhibition program has favored the organization of personal exhibitions, along with the participation in international art fairs. Caterina Tognon has also organized important exhibitions in collaboration with cultural institutions and museums in Venice – including Palazzo Fortuny, Museo Correr, Ca’ Rezzonico, Ca’ Pesaro, Istituto Veneto di Scienze lettere e Arti, Gallerie dell'Accademia –, as well as at a national and international level – among others, the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, PA, USA and the National Glass Centre, Sunderland, UK.

Open: 10 am to 7 pm on Tuesdays to Saturdays, and by appointment.
