TEFAF hosts two international art fairs each year: TEFAF Maastricht in March and TEFAF New York in May.
While TEFAF Maastricht showcases art from a wide range of collecting categories, TEFAF New York is defined by an art-historical time period. TEFAF New York focuses primarily on modern and contemporary art and design, with a smaller mix of ethnographic and ancient art, photography, and jewellery featured.

TEFAF Maastricht has different locations for catering outlets; such as a self-service restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and various bars.
TEFAF New York has two bars and a restaurant.
